The story of Spiso begins with my mother, Annamma, who is now 95 years old. She taught me that food is a language of love. For decades, I practised her recipes in my kitchen, where neighbours, church members, and local officers sat at our table and became family. Today, that love has evolved from feeding my community to protecting my grandchildren’s gut health.
